Guacamole

This popular Mexican dip can be made in many ways.
One cup of guacamole contains 4.76 milligrams of vitamin E, which is close to one-third of the 15 milligrams you need on a daily basis. Vitamin E helps get rid of free radicals, which are chemicals in your body that can increase your risk of getting sick and developing heart disease or cancer. Guacamole is a good source of vitamin C as well. Vitamin C helps keep your immune system strong and can help prevent and fight infections as well
You can adjust the quality of chiles that you use according to your personal teaste

Ingredients:

3 medium, ripe avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 small red onion, very finely chopped
1 green chiles, seeded and very finely chopped
1 tomato chopped
sea salt

Put the avocado fresh in a bowl with lime juice and crush to a rough pureè with a fork
Add the onion, chiles, and tomato and mix until combined. Season to taste with salt. Serve with bread sticks or tortilla chips on the side for dipping.

Buon appetito :-)
