LIGHT PUDDING






LIGHT PUDDING

Ingredients for two portions:

-2 Cups of cashews
-water enough to cover the cashews that will be cooked
-a tablespoon of vanilla extract (for cream)
-2 Tablespoons of agave (for cream)
-half glass of vegan milk  (for cream)

-Fruit Type: raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries or fresh fruit will be fine
                                                                                   -granola or mix of nuts
