Hello everybody! Here you can find a list of ingredients I used for preparing my homemade vegan sushi: rice, nori seaweed sheets, different kinds of vegetables, soya sauce and fresh wasabi paste for make soya sauce to dress it.
I bought all these ingredients at Whole Foods market. It is a food supermarket chain specializing in organic food. I strongly recommend to buy fruits and vegetables to prepare you homemade sushi elsewhere, because at Whole Foods market they are very expensive.
Here you are a picture of my homemade sushi. I know it is not perfect, but it is delicious and tasty!
